Words you will see

• Store: one restaurant or food truck. The dashboard calls a store a Merchant.
• Clover: the register system at the counter. Clover holds the prices, the stock, and the store hours, and takes the payments.
• Dashboard: the site where you run the stores and the website.
• Website: the site where customers order and pay.
• Sync: the copy of changes from Clover into the dashboard.
• Item: one thing a customer buys, such as a burrito.
• Category: a menu section, such as Burritos.
• Modifier: one choice for an item, such as a salsa or a meat.
• Modifier group: a set of choices, such as "Choose your meat".
• Item group: items that show as one card on the menu, such as one dish in different sizes.
• Disabled: hidden from the website at one store until you turn it back on.
• Sold out: out of stock in Clover. The website shows the item but customers cannot pick it.
• Draft: a change that only the dashboard shows. The website shows it after you click Publish changes.
• ASAP order: an order the kitchen makes right away.
• Scheduled order: an order for a pickup day and time that the customer chose.
• Kitchen ticket: the paper ticket that Clover prints for the kitchen.
• Fire time: the time the website sends the kitchen ticket to Clover.
• Locale: the switch in the header that sets the language of the text you edit.
• Names in this style: buttons, boxes, menus, and labels with the exact name the screen shows. Dashboard names stay in English in the Spanish guides.
