Edit item groups

An item group is a family of items, such as one drink in three sizes. The website shows the group as one card. The customer opens the card and picks one item from it.

Change the group name or photo

1. Click Menu > Item groups in the side menu.
2. Click the group to open it.
3. Change Main Image, Name, or Description.
4. Click Save.

The website card uses the group's name, description, and photo. Each item inside the card uses the item's own Name from Menu > Items.

Good to know

• Create an item group, and add items to it, in Clover. The dashboard cannot add an item to a group.
• Item group changes from Clover arrive with the sync that runs every 15 minutes. To get the changes now, sync the store. Sync with Clover shows how.
• Inside the card, the items show from the lowest to the highest price.
• Item groups have no draft. A change goes live when you click Save.
• If you turn off an item group in Menu availability, the website hides every item in the group at that store.
